Privacy Policy

While using the Site or App we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. This may include your name, email address, and other identifiers used to create and maintain your account.

You can use most of the App with an account alone. We do not sell your personal information.

The App works by taking photos of your vehicle that you choose to upload. Those photos are stored so your garage persists across devices, and they are sent to our AI providers for the sole purpose of producing the images and clips you ask for.

Video generation is performed by a provider that fetches your source photo over the web. To make that possible, the photo you selected is briefly reachable at a private, unguessable link for the duration of the render. That link is never published, and the rest of your garage stays private.

You can delete a car, an individual photo, or your whole account from inside the App. Deleting removes the associated photos from our systems.

The App requests access to your camera and photo library only when you use a feature that needs it. Granting access does not give us access to the rest of your library — only to the photos you pick.

We collect data that is entered into the App by users and data that is generated by our AI technology. This data is used to operate the service, improve our technology, and enhance user experience. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of this data in accordance with this policy.

Generated images and clips are stored so they remain available in your account.

We rely on a small number of third parties to run the App, and each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service:

Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and push delivery on iPhone. Google — Sign-In, Google Play billing and purchase state on Android, and Firebase for authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions, push notifications and remote configuration. Gemini, accessed through Firebase AI Logic, generates images. Seevio (seevio.ai), which runs the Seedance model, generates video clips. Superwall — subscription paywalls and purchase state. Mixpanel — product analytics. Appstack — install attribution.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple on iPhone and by Google Play on Android. We never see or store your payment card details.

These providers may process your information outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

We use Mixpanel to understand how RevReel is used — which screens are opened, which features are used, and where people get stuck — so we can improve the app. Analytics events are tied to your account identifier, not to your name or email.

We use Appstack to measure which ad or link an install came from. On iPhone, any tracking that would identify you across other companies' apps and websites happens only if you allow it when the App asks for permission, and you can change that choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, attribution uses the Google Play install referrer and your advertising ID, which you can reset or delete at any time in Settings › Security & privacy › Privacy › Ads. Neither choice limits anything RevReel does.

If you allow notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging — and Apple's push service on iPhone — to let you know when a render you started has finished, and occasionally to tell you about new features. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's settings.

Like many operators, we collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you visit the Site or use the App ("Log Data"). Log Data may include your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser or device type and version, the pages or screens you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and similar diagnostics.

Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. We use cookies to improve user experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Site may not function properly.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RevReel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your garage, your uploaded photos, and the images you generated.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date shown above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time, and you should review it periodically.
